The Society for Young Advocates and Researchers (SYAR India) is dedicated to equipping the next generation of legal professionals with a deep understanding of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in today’s dynamic environment. Through this platform, SYAR provides law students with a valuable opportunity to develop and refine essential negotiation and mediation skills that are crucial for modern legal practice. Our eighth edition features tailored learning experiences and practical sessions led by accomplished professional mediators, ensuring that participants gain both knowledge and hands-on expertise. FAQs
Eligibility and Composition of Teams.
Participation is open to all universities or institutions recognized by the Bar Council of India offering either a 3-year or 5-year LLB program. Each participating team shall comprise of two members, namely the client and counsel. All team members must belong to the same institution.
Registration Fees
Each participating team shall be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of INR 6,000 at the time of confirmation of registration.

Mode of Competition
The competition shall be conducted online through the Zoom platform, and all rounds will be held virtually.
