IV National Negotiation Competition 

The Fourth Edition of the National Negotiation Competition was successfully organized in collaboration with PSL Advocates & Solicitors, Association of Mediation Practitioners (AMP Mediation), and Presolv360.

NALSAR University of Law emerged as the winners of the competition, represented by Dhanishta Mittal and Mustafa Rajkotwala. The award for Best Mediator was conferred upon Divya Singh from Maharashtra National Law University.

The final rounds were adjudicated by an esteemed panel comprising Nusrat Hassan, Tejas Karia, J.P. Sengh, Amarjeet Singh Chadhiok, Prerna Kohli, Thomas P. Valenti, and Uma Ramanathan.

This edition made a meaningful contribution to the ADR community by fostering constructive dialogue between academia and legal practice.
