2nd National Negotiation Competition

Building on the success of its inaugural year, the Second Edition of the National Negotiation Competition was organized with expanded collaborations and a renewed commitment to advancing the practice of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

This edition was supported by leading institutions, including the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Presolv360, and the Negotiation Academy.

Government Law College emerged as the winners of the competition, represented by Ruhaan Shah and Sheona Shenoy. Gujarat National Law University secured the runner-up position, represented by Vejayalakshmi Puli and Sana Jain.

In the preliminary rounds, Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, represented by Sakshi Sethi and Nandini Jain, was awarded the Best Negotiating Pair.

The final rounds were adjudicated by an eminent panel comprising Thomas Valenti, Andrew Miller KC, Mumtaz Bhalla, Anish Wadia, and Samit Shah.

This edition further strengthened the competition’s role in promoting excellence in negotiation and fostering deeper engagement between academia and the ADR profession.
