1st National Online Negotiation Competition 

The Inaugural Edition of the National Negotiation Competition was organized by the Society for Young Advocates and Researchers (SYAR India) in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM), marking the beginning of a platform dedicated to fostering excellence in negotiation and ADR practices.

School of Law, Christ University emerged as the winning team, represented by Madhumitha Kesavan and Rachel Jacob Tharakan. Pravin Gandhi College of Law secured the runner-up position, represented by Nitisha Makharia and Namita Shah.

The competition was adjudicated by distinguished ADR professionals, including Iram Majid, Tariq Khan, and Ekta Behl, whose expertise ensured that participants were evaluated in accordance with the highest standards of negotiation practice.

This inaugural edition laid a strong foundation for future editions, contributing meaningfully to the growth of ADR discourse by bridging the gap between academic learning and practical application.
